The T.E.N. Initiative

The Foundation contributed $1,000 to enable percussionist Othnell Moyo to start up this initiative. Talent Explorer in Nguboyenja (T.E.N.) is a two-day annual event in Bulawayo which brings art, sport and business people to the community. It also provides an opportunity for local residents to show off their talents.
T.E.N.’s mission is to provide a quality sports and culture event which
strengthens the community, educates and inspires youth and adults alike about the arts, sports, business and humanities. At the same time T.E.N. explores talent and invites performers to participate in the areas of music, dance, theatre, street soccer, netball, road running and sunset drumming. There is also a ‘Bend Down Market’ where small business owners display and sell their products.
